Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g meatloaf
- 250 g Emmental cheese
- 70 g black pudding (black sausage)
- 2 onions, red
- 6 pickles
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Cucumber water
- n. B. Maggi

easy and quick to prepare
Cut the meatloaf, Emmental cheese, and black pudding into small slices. Chop the pickles and mix everything well in a bowl. Add the spices and pickle juice to taste and season to taste. Serve with fresh pretzels or pretzel sticks. For drinks, I recommend a nice, cool Kristallweizen beer in the summer and a dark Hefeweizen beer in the fall and winter.
