Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 100 g cherry(s), fresh
  • 100 g quark
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5%)
  • 2 tbsp juice (fruit juice)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some sugar
  • 1 tsp almonds, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the banana and slice it. Pit the cherries and halve them if necessary. Mix the quark, yogurt, and fruit juice together and season with salt and sugar. Fold in the fruit and let it sit for 10 minutes. Garnish with the almonds and serve. Also delicious with other fruits.
