  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Line a deep baking sheet or casserole dish with puff pastry. Brown the minced meat in hot oil, add the diced onion, and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the vegetables (celery, broad leek, carrots) and sauté until al dente. Then mix with the minced meat and place on the puff pastry. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C for electric oven, 180°C for fan oven) for 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel the tomatoes and cut them in half. After these 10 minutes, place the tomato halves on the minced meat and vegetable mixture and top each with a slice of cheese (fresh Gouda slices are usually larger than sliced cheese, so three slices are usually sufficient, which you then cut in half). Return to the oven for another 10 minutes. If you like, you can also add garlic to the minced meat.
