Banana, brittle and cinnamon on puff pastry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sheets of puff pastry, frozen
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • Cinnamon
  • Brittle

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the puff pastry sheets side by side on a baking sheet and spread with crème fraîche. Then slice the banana, arrange it on the puff pastry, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Sprinkle with praline and bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. After baking, top each sheet with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
