Grilled banana with chocolate and nut core

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 80 g nuts, e.g. walnuts or peanuts
  • 20 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the unpeeled bananas lengthwise and gently open them with a knife. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fill the bananas. Place the filled bananas on the grill or in the slightly glowing coals and wait until the chocolate has melted and the skins have turned black. Meanwhile, chop the nuts and caramelize them with the sugar. Serve the cooked bananas with the nuts.
