Grilled peaches with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 peaches
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and dry the peaches, halve them, and remove the stones. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on each cut surface, rejoin the halves, and wrap them in aluminum foil. Grill for about 10 minutes, until the flesh is soft. Unwrap and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Our guests were delighted with this unusual dessert.
