Grilled banana with chocolate peanut sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the banana and place it on a double-folded piece of aluminum foil. Add a tablespoon each of honey, nougat spread, and peanut butter, seal the foil, and grill for about 10 minutes. The cooking time depends on the heat of the grill. It’s best to check on it occasionally to make sure the nougat spread doesn’t burn. It can also be cooked on the side of a campfire or, if necessary, in the oven at 200°C if there’s no grill nearby. It’s also great for guests, as you can prepare the parcels several hours in advance.
