Ingredients for 24 servings:

  • 8 peach(s), do not use mountain peaches
  • 250 g almond flakes
  • 6 tbsp honey, preferably liquid
  • 1 lemon(s), organic
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Grilled dessert, nice in summer and autumn, calculated as a finger food portion, the size can be varied

This recipe is calculated for 24 finger food servings. If you halve the peaches, you can also make 12 larger servings. Roast the almond flakes in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove and mix with the honey. Finely grate the lemon zest and then squeeze it. Mix the zest and juice with the ricotta and sugar. Wash, quarter, and pit the peaches. Grill the peach quarters on both sides. Place on plates, top with the ricotta mixture and almond honey. Serve immediately. The almond honey and ricotta mixture can be prepared a day in advance.
