Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 g butter
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of flavoring (Citro-back)
  • 300 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, and egg. Add the vanilla sugar and Citro-back. Gradually stir in the flour. Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Transfer the batter to a piping bag fitted with a serrated nozzle and pipe swirls onto the batter. Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
