Amaretto pudding

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 package of biscuits (Amarettini)
  • Amaretto
  • 8 strawberries or amaretti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place 3 amaretti biscuits into each of 8 dessert glasses and drizzle with amaretto. Make a chocolate pudding with 500 ml milk and 50 g sugar according to the package instructions. Divide this between the glasses. Once a skin has formed, make a vanilla pudding with the remaining milk and sugar. Carefully pour it onto the chocolate pudding. Place a strawberry in the center of each one; if you don’t have one, use a biscuit. Do not place this on top until just before serving so it doesn’t get soggy.
