Apple-mandarin compote

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 apples, red and sweet
  • 6 tangerines
  • ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Juice 5 mandarins. Peel, core, and cut the apples into small pieces. Place the apples in a saucepan and pour over the mandarin juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer with the lid on for about 15-20 minutes. Mix the vanilla pudding mix with the juice of the remaining mandarin orange, add to the apples, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste with a little sugar, if desired.
