Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 2 rolls (to taste dough, approx. 20 x 40 cm
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp, heaped dill
- 200 g Gouda, grated
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Brown the minced meat with finely chopped leek, garlic, dill, salt, pepper, and a little oil. Spread the first puff pastry roll on a baking sheet. After browning, drain the minced meat, then spread it on a puff pastry roll and sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over it. Now simply place the second puff pastry roll on top and seal the sides firmly with the first roll. Place everything in the oven and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
