Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 bell peppers, preferably green, diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bottle of sauce (salsa)
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fast, super tasty

Heat a frying pan with the oil and brown the diced chicken breast. Add the diced bell peppers and corn, and let simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes. Then add the entire bottle of salsa and stir, then simmer for another 5 minutes. If it’s too thick, add a little water. Rice goes perfectly with this dish.
