Minced meat – leek – sauce with rice

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g rice
  • salt water
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 packs of sauce powder for roast pork sauce
  • 2 stalk(s) leek or 1 bunch spring onion(s)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cubes of stock
  • 750 ml water
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

First, wash the leek and slice it into rings. Dissolve the stock cubes in about 750 ml of water. Cook the rice in salted water as usual. Brown the minced meat in a pot and add the stock. Stir in the 4 packets of gravy and bring to a boil. Now stir in the sour cream until you have a sauce that isn’t too thin. Then add the leek and cook until tender. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and plenty of curry powder. Serve with the rice.
