Sparkling wine – pineapple – cream

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 250 ml sparkling wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the can of pineapple, reserving the juice. Cook the pudding according to the package instructions, but instead of milk, use 250 ml each of sparkling wine and pineapple juice. Place the pineapple pieces in a bowl and pour the cooked pudding over it. Let it cool completely. Once the pudding is completely cool, whip the cream until stiff, fold in the mixture, and serve.
