Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • 1 kg beans, green
  • Water (salt water)
  • 800 g Leberkäse, in one piece
  • 3 onions
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • some oil
  • some savory
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

very quick and super tasty

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and dice them. Trim the beans, cut them into pieces, and cook them in salted water with the savory until tender. Drain in a colander. Dice the Leberkäse (meatloaf) and fry them in oil with the diced onions. Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
