Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp cereal flakes (5-grain or whole-grain oat flakes)
  • 1 handful of raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp almond flakes
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 1 cup of yogurt (0.1% fat) or
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the flakes in a breakfast bowl with a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar and pour over a little hot water (they should just cover; alternatively, you can also let the flakes soak in milk). Let them soak for about 5 minutes. Then add the raspberries, almond flakes, quark, and yogurt (about 150 g) and enjoy. Kids will love it, too. 5 servings per serving.
