Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 600 g pork neck, cut into strips
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
  • 2 onions, roughly diced
  • 2 red bell peppers (in fine strips)
  • 2 carrots, roughly diced
  • 6 potatoes, boiled, diced
  • ½ Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1,260 g white beans in tomato sauce (3 cans)
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly marinate the meat with the spices and then sear it in a hot pan. Gradually add the individual ingredients and sear. Finally, add the beans and tomato sauce and let them warm through.
