Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g pork neck, cut into strips
- Salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
- 2 onions, roughly diced
- 2 red bell peppers (in fine strips)
- 2 carrots, roughly diced
- 6 potatoes, boiled, diced
- ½ Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
- 1,260 g white beans in tomato sauce (3 cans)
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Briefly marinate the meat with the spices and then sear it in a hot pan. Gradually add the individual ingredients and sear. Finally, add the beans and tomato sauce and let them warm through.
