Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp flour
- n. B. herbal salt
- 50 g ham, raw
- 3 slices of cheese
- 9 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
- Basil, fresh
- Oil (sunflower oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the eggs, add the flour, and herb salt. Let the batter set slightly in a pan with sunflower oil. Then add the cheese, ham, and quartered tomatoes to the batter and finish cooking the pancake. Finally, top with basil and serve.
