Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 slice(s) of cooked ham
- 2 small pickles
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 slice(s) salmon – substitute
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes. Rinse under cold water, peel, and halve. Remove the yolks with a teaspoon, place them in a bowl, and mash them with a fork. Add the mayonnaise and mix. Dice the gherkins and ham as finely as possible and mix them into the custard. Fill the halved eggs with the mixture. Cut the salmon substitute slices into strips and roll them into florets. Decorate the deviled eggs with them. Tip: Simply put any leftover egg mixture in a separate bowl and decorate with salmon florets. The mayonnaise is also very easy to make yourself, especially since you only need a small amount for this recipe.
