Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • curry powder
  • Shrimp
  • lemon(s)
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, then chill and halve them. Remove the yolks and strain them through a sieve. Combine the cream cheese and crème fraîche with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika, and season to taste. Then stir in the strained egg yolks and season with curry powder. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe into the hollowed-out egg halves. Garnish with shrimp, quartered lemon slices, or dill sprigs.
