In a small bowl, combine honey, sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and garlic and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites, a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and cornstarch. Wash the chicken breast, cut it into strips, and add it to the pan. Mix with a tablespoon until evenly marinated. Heat two tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok over medium heat and add the marinated chicken strips. Sauté the meat for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. While the chicken is cooking, cook the broccoli, cut into florets, in boiling water for about 7 minutes until al dente. Now add the chopped leeks and the honey-soy sauce to the chicken. The drained broccoli can also be added to the pan at this time. Stir everything well, bring to a boil for another minute, and serve with basmati rice.
