Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 85 g cheese, grated
- 10 g diced ham
- 5 g fried onions
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 4 egg whites
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine all dry ingredients. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and stir in the dry ingredients. Scoop small heaps of dough with a tablespoon, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
