Party flatbread with roast pork

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small flatbread(s), approx. 13 cm diameter
  • 2 slice(s) roast pork, from the previous day
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cut diamond-shaped slices into the bread at 2 cm intervals. Caution: Do not cut through the crust. Cut the roast and cheese into pieces. Fill the slices in the bread with BBQ sauce, roast, and cheese. Finally, scatter the capers over the slices. Loosely wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Then open the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
