Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 2 bags of feta cheese
- 1 bag of mozzarella
- 4 m.-sized eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place one sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Crumble all the cheese into a bowl with your hands and add two whole eggs. Separate two eggs and add the egg whites to the cheese mixture. Mix the eggs and cheese mixture again with your hands. Spread the cheese mixture on the puff pastry and spread it evenly. Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry and press it firmly onto the sides. Brush the remaining egg yolk over the pastry. Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated according to the package instructions for the puff pastry for about 15 minutes. Serve with a salad. You can also fill the pocket with spinach or minced meat.
