Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ apple
  • some water
  • ½ banana(s)
  • ½ tsp honey, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toast the almond slivers in a pan. Peel the apple and dice it into small pieces. Place the apple cubes in a saucepan and sauté for 2-3 minutes with a small amount (1-2 tablespoons) of water. Now add the milk, oatmeal, cinnamon, raisins, and almond slivers. Simmer for about 10 minutes while stirring. Season with honey, if desired. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and top with half a mashed banana.
