Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g rice pudding
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink), vanilla flavor
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 30 g protein powder, vanilla flavor
  • n. B. Fruit, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice pudding with the almond milk according to the package instructions. Mix the low-fat quark with the protein powder. Once the rice pudding is ready, stir everything together in a bowl. Wash and chop the fruit, and stir in. Let it cool briefly and enjoy. It also tastes great cold the next day.
