- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
- 4 onions
- 1 bottle of ketchup (shish kebab ketchup)

Place everything in an ovenproof dish with a lid (e.g., a Jena glass): First, add the meat, then the bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces, then quarter the onion and add it. Then add the bottle of ketchup and mix well! Cook the whole thing with the lid on at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 1 hour 30 minutes.
