Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 kohlrabi (depends on the size)
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- cornstarch
- 1 cup sour cream as desired
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the ground meat with salt and pepper. Then, shred it in a pan with hot oil and sear until browned. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Cut the peeled kohlrabi into sticks, add it to the boiling stock, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch. If you like, you can also add a cup of sour cream. This goes well with potatoes.
