Minced meat and zucchini pan with dill

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 m.-large zucchini, yellow or green, cut into pieces
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Dill, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

A quick, easy recipe that even children will enjoy!

Season the minced meat to taste and fry it with the onions until it’s crumbly and nicely browned. Then add the chopped zucchini and simmer. Deglaze with the cream and add plenty of dill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with cooked rice, which can also be added to the pan.
