Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 500 g beans, green
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- savory
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Clean and blanch the fresh beans. Cut the schnitzel into strips and fry in a pan. Once the meat has taken on some color, add the beans and sauté briefly. Mix together the cream, mustard, pepper, and salt and pour over the meat and beans. Let it reduce slightly, but not for too long, or the beans will become too soft. Finally, add the savory. We like to serve it with baguette.
