Lamb's lettuce with macadamia dressing and macadamia nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 tbsp, heaped macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped into rolls
  • 6 tbsp plant milk (plant drink) (macadamia milk)
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil or macadamia oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim, wash, and drain the lamb’s lettuce. Chop the nuts. Prepare the chives. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix the lamb’s lettuce with the dressing and pour into bowls. Serve sprinkled with nuts and chives.
