Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 500 g whole grain rice
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 500 ml broth
- 220 g soy sprouts
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- Chinese spice
- Cayenne pepper
- pepper
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions until al dente. Fry the ground beef in oil until crumbly. Add the bean sprouts and rice and mix well. Then add the soy sauce and broth. Season the dish with cayenne pepper, pepper, and Chinese seasoning and continue cooking until the liquid is almost evaporated. Serve with your favorite rice. This dish contains approximately 584 kcal per serving.
