Salmon spaghetti with lemon sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 2 shallots or onions
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • n. B. Lemon peel, grated
  • 100 g cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1 bunch dill, fresh (alternatively frozen), chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Salmon, fish, pasta

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain. Meanwhile, rinse the salmon, pat dry, and cut into strips. Peel and finely dice the shallots or onions. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the shallots until translucent. Add the salmon strips and sauté for about 2 minutes. Now add the vegetable stock, lemon zest, and cream cheese. Season with dill, salt, and pepper. Serve while still warm.
