Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g gyros meat
- Tzatziki
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- onion(s)
- ¼ iceberg lettuce
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Fry the gyro meat in a little oil in a pan until cooked through. Slice the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Finely chop the iceberg lettuce. Heat the tortillas in the oven for about 3 minutes at 180°C. Spread with tzatziki and top with the gyro, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and iceberg lettuce. Fold three times and enjoy.
