Flatbread gyro pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large flatbread(s)
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. oregano
  • 1 kg gyros meat
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bag(s) of cheese, grated
  • 1 feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the flatbread lengthwise. Season the chopped tomatoes with salt, pepper, and oregano and spread them on the bread. Fry the gyros and serve. Slice the onion into rings and spread it on the gyros. Dice the feta cheese and spread it on top. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with tzatziki and a mixed salad.
