Gnocchi with white Bolognese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 800 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and wash the spring onions and slice them into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat until crumbly, then season with salt and pepper. Add the spring onions and fry for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and sauté briefly, then deglaze with milk and cream. Add the capers and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a second pan. Fry the gnocchi for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve the gnocchi with the sauce and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
