Turkey Broccoli Wok
The perfect turkey broccoli wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Turkey schnitzel
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sherry
- 300 g Broccoli florets
- 150 g 1 rote Paprika
- 100 g 1 Zwiebel
- 100 g 2 Frühlingszwiebeln
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Ginger the size of a walnut
- 1 rote Chilischote
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 200 ml Chicken broth (1 teaspoon instant broth)
- 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Tapioca starch
- Wash turkey escalope, pat dry with kitchen paper, cut into strips and marinate with soy sauce (1 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp) and sherry (1 tbsp) for about 1 hour. Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small diamonds. Peel the onion, halve and cut into wedges / assemble apart. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut the green part diagonally into rings. Halve the white part lengthways and cut diagonally into rings. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves and ginger. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and dice finely. Heat the wok, add sunflower oil (2 tbsp), fry the turkey escalope strips vigorously / stir-fry and slide them to the edge of the wok. Now add the vegetables one after the other (garlic clove cubes + ginger cubes + chilli pepper cubes + onion wedges, paprika diamonds + spring onion rings, broccoli florets) and stir-fry with them. Deglaze / pour in the chicken broth (tip: rinse the marinating vessel with the chicken broth!) And add sweet chi-lis sauce (2 tbsp), soy sauce (1 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), coarse sea salt from the mill Season (4 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (4 big pinches). Let everything simmer for approx. 7 – 8 minutes with the lid on. Finally, thicken with tapioca starch 8 (1 tbsp) dissolved in a little cold water. Divide the turkey broccoli wok between 2 plates and serve with chopsticks. If you want, you can also serve rice. But then the nutritional value / Kcal / information changes. E.g .: 100 g raw rice (for 2 people) approx. 350 Kcal / 175 Kcal per person!
