Broccoli Turkey Roulades
The perfect broccoli turkey roulades recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Turkey roulade
- 500 g Broccoli fresh
- 400 g Cream cheese with herbs
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 4 Discs Raw ham
- 200 Milliliters Cream
- 2 piece Fresh onion
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sweet paprika
The filling
- Cut the florets from the broccoli and chop finely (preferably with a hand blender or a kitchen machine), cut the onions into small pieces, put them in a bowl with the cream cheese and creme fraiche and mix everything well. Season to taste with pepper, salt and paprika.
The roulades
- Apply the mixture thinly to the roulades, place one or two slices of raw ham on top and then roll up. Place in a flat baking dish
- Mix the rest of the filling with the cream and pour over the roulades.
- Then put the whole thing in the Bach oven for at least 30 minutes at 180 C ° until a nice crust can be seen.
- Spaetzle or ribbon noodles are enough as a side dish. Good Appetite
