Broccoli Turkey Roulades

The perfect broccoli turkey roulades recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Turkey roulade
  • 500 g Broccoli fresh
  • 400 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 4 Discs Raw ham
  • 200 Milliliters Cream
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika

The filling

  1. Cut the florets from the broccoli and chop finely (preferably with a hand blender or a kitchen machine), cut the onions into small pieces, put them in a bowl with the cream cheese and creme fraiche and mix everything well. Season to taste with pepper, salt and paprika.

The roulades

  1. Apply the mixture thinly to the roulades, place one or two slices of raw ham on top and then roll up. Place in a flat baking dish
  2. Mix the rest of the filling with the cream and pour over the roulades.
  3. Then put the whole thing in the Bach oven for at least 30 minutes at 180 C ° until a nice crust can be seen.
