Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 pack of peas, frozen
- 10 eggs
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 500 g ham, cooked
- 160 g milk (yogurt milk)
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 15 g mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Thaw peas according to directions. Hard-boil eggs and slice. Slice radishes. Slice ham. Cut chives into strips. Mix mayonnaise with yogurt, mustard, and 2/3 chives. Layer 2/3 of the egg slices in a shallow dish. Arrange ham, 2/3 of the peas, and radishes on top, and pour over 2/3 of the sauce. Arrange the remaining egg slices, radishes, and peas on top. Pour over the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
