Cherry Tiramisu

The perfect cherry tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Chocolate cake
  • 300 g Frozen cherries
  • 80 g Cherry syrup
  • 50 g Amaretto
  • Potato flour
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Protein
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 150 g Cream
  1. Cut the chocolate cake into small cubes and fill a glass. Then drizzle with amaretto.
  2. For the groats, heat the cherries in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Now add the cherry syrup, the amaretto and the potato flour. After boiling once, take the pot off the stove and let it cool down.
  3. For the mascarpone cream, whip the cream and egg white separately. Fold in these two masses with the mascarpone and powdered sugar.
  4. Finally, put the cold groats in the glasses and fill up with the mascarpone cream.
