Cherry Tiramisu
The perfect cherry tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Chocolate cake
- 300 g Frozen cherries
- 80 g Cherry syrup
- 50 g Amaretto
- Potato flour
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 100 g Protein
- 80 g Powdered sugar
- 150 g Cream
- Cut the chocolate cake into small cubes and fill a glass. Then drizzle with amaretto.
- For the groats, heat the cherries in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Now add the cherry syrup, the amaretto and the potato flour. After boiling once, take the pot off the stove and let it cool down.
- For the mascarpone cream, whip the cream and egg white separately. Fold in these two masses with the mascarpone and powdered sugar.
- Finally, put the cold groats in the glasses and fill up with the mascarpone cream.
