Ingredients
 

  • Chocolate cake
  • 300 g Frozen cherries
  • 80 g Cherry syrup
  • 50 g Amaretto
  • Potato flour
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Egg Whites
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 150 g Cream

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chocolate cake into small cubes and fill a glass. Then drizzle with amaretto.
  • For the groats, heat the cherries in a saucepan and bring them to a boil. Now add the cherry syrup, the amaretto and the potato flour. After boiling once, take the pot off the stove and let it cool down.
  • For the mascarpone cream, whip the cream and egg white separately. Fold in these two masses with the mascarpone and powdered sugar.
  • Finally, put the cold groats in the glasses and fill up with the mascarpone cream.
