Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 apple, red
- 1 apple, green
- some grapes
- some cocktail tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 2 bananas
- 1 pinch of herbal salt
- 1 pinch(s) basil, dried
- 1 pinch(s) of Provence herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Peel the cucumber, carrot, and bananas. Cut all ingredients into small cubes or slices. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use only a little seasoning, otherwise you’ll only taste the herbs. Mix everything thoroughly at the end. To allow the salad to develop its own juices, refrigerate it for a few minutes. However, it can also be eaten immediately without letting it rest. Enjoy this delicious summer salad on hot days.
