Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g Spätzle, from the refrigerated section
- 1 ring/s meat sausage, small ring, cut into pieces
- 1 cup sour cream
- 50 ml whipped cream
- 50 g cheese, grated
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Lightly fry the sausage in oil, add the spaetzle and fry for a bit. Add the sour cream and season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Thin the sauce slightly with cream and stir in the cheese.
