Pasta with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 handfuls of pasta
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta (you can also do it the day before). Heat a little oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. If you like, you can also fry some onions. Then add the pasta and bacon. Let everything crisp up. Whisk the eggs with the milk or cream and season well. Add the egg mixture to the pan and stir until the egg sets. Tastes great with curry ketchup or just on its own.
