Lettuce with cucumbers and cress à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 box of cress
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the cucumber. Wash the bell pepper, remove the core, and cut it into thin strips. Finely trim the cress with scissors and wash it. Mix all the salad ingredients. For the marinade, mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar well and season to taste. Pour over the salad ingredients.
