Egg muffins from the air fryer

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 6 tbsp grated cheese (amount as desired)
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

easy and fast

Line three muffin tins (preferably silicone) with two slices of bacon in a crisscross pattern, leaving the ends hanging over. Whisk the eggs, season to taste, and sprinkle with the cheese. Carefully divide the mixture between the muffin tins and then place the excess bacon on top. Place in the air fryer at 165 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Be careful when removing them, they’re hot. This was my first attempt at making eggs this way, and I have to say, I won’t be making scrambled eggs in a pan again in the future. I served them with little grilled rolls, which I also made in the air fryer.
