Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 500 g quark
  • 600 g sour cream
  • 3 packs of chocolate pudding powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 25 g baking cocoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Let the butter soften at room temperature, then knead it well with the sugar and flour. Line a 28cm springform pan with the butter. Now place the quark and sour cream in a bowl. Combine the eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, and pudding mix with the milk. Add to the quark mixture and mix thoroughly. Then pour it onto the dough. Bake at approximately 170°C (top/bottom heat) for 1 hour.
