Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 cup sour cream, or creme fraiche
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp frozen mixed herbs
- dill
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grate the cucumber with a coarse grater and finely chop the iceberg lettuce. Mix the dressing in a salad bowl and toss with the cucumbers and iceberg lettuce just before serving. This makes a perfect accompaniment to devil’s roast or other spicy dishes.
